These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of clothing and accessories made through uterinerupture.org.
Revenue generated through the store supports the activities and mission of the association.
2. Products and Pricing
The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on the user’s display settings.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes but exclude shipping charges. Shipping costs are shown before the order is finalized.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may be assessed by local authorities or carriers in the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Orders and Payment
Before submitting an order, customers should verify the selected products, sizes, quantities, and shipping information.
Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and creates an obligation to pay the stated price.
Payments are processed securely by SumUp using major payment cards. An order is confirmed only after payment authorization and the issuance of a confirmation email.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified and any amount paid for the unavailable item will be refunded.
For bulk orders, customers may request a quote by contacting contact@uterinerupture.org.
4. Processing and Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 20 calendar days from confirmation.
Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination country. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges are displayed before checkout.
Customers wishing to arrange delivery to a country not listed at checkout may contact contact@uterinerupture.org for a shipping quote.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Where the carrier is selected or arranged by the Association, the Association remains responsible for the package until physical delivery to the customer. If a package is lost, damaged, or not received, the customer should contact contact@uterinerupture.org and provide the order number.
Following verification with the carrier, the Association will provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where required by law.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, customers must send a clear statement expressing their decision to withdraw, or submit the withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms, before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Notices should be sent to:
contact@uterinerupture.org
The product must then be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice is sent to:
Prévention et Recherche sur la Rupture Utérine
115 rue Antoine Péglion
06190 Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France
The customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Customers may inspect and try products as they would in a retail store. However, they may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, fit, or size of the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are clearly personalized according to customer specifications, or to sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where permitted by applicable law.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Except where required by law, the Association does not provide discretionary refunds or exchange services.
Customers who are dissatisfied with an order may nevertheless contact contact@uterinerupture.org, and reasonable efforts will be made to find an appropriate solution.
For valid withdrawals, the Association will reimburse:
- The purchase price of returned products; and
- The original shipping costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The Association may delay the refund until the returned products have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
7. Legal Guarantees
Customers benefit from the legal guarantees provided under applicable French consumer protection law, including:
- The statutory conformity guarantee under Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code; and
- The warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
Customers have two years from delivery of the product to assert rights under the conformity guarantee.
Customers may request repair or replacement under the conditions established by law. Where repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or cannot be carried out within the applicable legal timeframe, customers may be entitled to a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
Customers may also invoke the warranty against hidden defects within two years of discovering the defect and may seek either a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
For any claim concerning a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, customers should contact contact@uterinerupture.org and provide their order number together with a description of the issue. Costs necessary to bring the product into compliance will not be borne by the customer.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaint should first be submitted to:
