Rupture Support

Finding community, comfort, and connection

Experiencing a uterine rupture — whether you survived personally, witnessed it as a partner, or lost a child to it — can leave lasting physical and emotional scars.
Many families describe feeling isolated, misunderstood, or fearful of future pregnancies.
Connecting with others who have lived similar experiences can bring strength, understanding, and validation.

This page lists online spaces and organisations where families affected by uterine rupture and its consequences can find information, peer support, and hope.
These links are provided for awareness only — they are not endorsements, and each family is encouraged to decide which community feels right for them.

Facebook Groups

Many uterine rupture survivors find comfort and guidance through private or moderated Facebook communities.
They provide spaces to ask questions, share stories, and connect with others around the world.
